To make retail therapy a little easier — and more sustainable — Savers is bringing a brand new outpost to Western Sydney. The global thrift retailer opened its first-ever Sydney store just last year, offering more than 100,000 pre-loved items, followed by a boutique-style thrift shop in Darlinghurst for fashion lovers who want to stay trendy without breaking the bank. Now, in its first foray into Sydney’s west, Savers is set to open a third location in Auburn this week.
Savers, Auburn

Set within Auburn’s busy retail precinct on Parramatta Road, the new Savers thrift store will be a one-stop destination for secondhand shoppers, with thousands of fresh items hitting the shelves daily — from clothing and accessories to homewares and more. Staying true to its mission of keeping secondhand affordable and accessible, most items across categories will be priced under $10 on average.
While you rummage for cool new finds, you’re also making a difference — secondhand shopping cuts pollution and reduces energy use, making it a simple but important step toward a more sustainable future. If you’re looking to part with your pre-loved clothing or household items, you can drop them off at the Auburn Community Donation Centre.
The new store opens on Thursday, May 15. Be sure to get in early to get your hands on the best finds. Happy hunting!
