1. Cronulla Winter Market
The popular Cronulla Winter Market will return to the Don Lucas Reserve for two days of food, shopping and family fun. Set to be held on June 29 and 30, visitors will find a range of goods and products on offer including homewares, gifts, clothing and more. 2. Burwood Winter Market
A new winter market will be set up close to Burwood Station on July 27 with tasty food offerings and local vendors including Alrok and Antonia Scales, Johnson & Savage, candles from Four Sparks and Lee & Rose and Jersey Brothers. Plus, find tasty snacks and cocktails and fresh flowers by Field Florals. Find it at Burwood Park from 9am to 3pm.
3. Castle Hill Farmers & Fine Food Market
Another local market to visit this winter is the Castle Hill Farmers & Fine Food Market. This local market takes place every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month with . Taking over the Castle Hill Showground, visitors can expect delicious morning brew, freshly cut blooms, an excellent variety of fresh herbs and spices, pastas, bread and more. 4. Maroubra Beach Markets
The Maroubra Beach Market is the new market on the block that is set up on the first Monday of each month. On offer are over 100 stalls selling an eclectic variety of goods from fresh produce, artisan goods, jewellery, hot food and vintage clothing. 5. Bastille Festival
The popular Bastille Festival will take over Circular Quay once again and delight Sydneysiders with endless cheesy treats, delicious mulled wine, live entertainment and more across four days this July. There are over 100 events to enjoy and unmissable highlights include a 1.4km wine-tasting trail, magic shows and street performances. Another new market which will feature the best of the Northern Beaches under one roof is coming to Dee Why on August 31. Expect fashion, hot food and more at this sprawling new fixture near the beach.
7. Le Marché French Markets
This under-the-radar market celebrates all things French in the heart of Sydney on the first Sunday of the month from 9am to 2pm. Fill your bags with farm-fresh eggs, baked treats, French cheeses and more tasty culinary treats then shop for berets, straw baskets and more in this authentic French market.
