Whether you like yours drowning in maple syrup or with a big helping of fruit and bacon, these Sydney pancake spots are a must visit.
1. Gram Cafe & Pancakes
Gram’s three-tiered, souffle-style Japanese pancakes are some of the most sought-after in the city and for good reason. Customers can choose from eight sublime varieties including mochi pancakes, French toast, and the new savoury favourite, the Benedict. Gram has also opened a new branch at The Galeries but you might have to wait a while to get your hands on these delicious pancakes because the cafe is almost always packed.
