With inventive dishes, cutting edge technology and live performances, Feast for the Senses is pitched as a gastrophysic dining event. Known for their distinctive dining experiences, in particular the popular Disney themed degustation, Robinson and his team deliver a journey through their dishes. So you know you’re in for a good time. Along with food and drink pop-ups and kiosks expect elements like scented fog, production lighting, custom soundscapes and more for a sensory overload in the best way.
There will be three multi-sensory zones on-site offering themed bites and mixologist designed drinks along with live performance art.
Menu highlights include fried chicken with buttermilk snow chilli mayonnaise paired with a hellfire mojito mocktail at Sub Zero. Also watch out for a UFO burger and Peter Pan’s gold, golden roast pork belly croquettes. For something sweet, you’ll find Renae Smith’s hot Cookie Dough Toastie topped with a scoop of gelato and ‘Melted Olaf’, carrot cake with mandarin and yoghurt. Staying true to it’s space heavy theme, you can also grab dried ice-cream bars like the ones eaten in space. As you feast away, be entertained by roving performance artists, hypnotic lighting and special effects galore.
