The CBD is upping its game with a new cocktail bar which is out to prove that bigger isn’t always better. Tiny’s, named aptly after it’s signature tiny bottled cocktails is the newest addition to Sydney’s thriving bar scene. Stature notwithstanding, the bar is big on all the elements that you’d be after on a night out — exceptional cocktails, an impressive menu, trendy décor and an overall inviting ambience.
Tiny’s cocktail bar
Located on Clarence Street, Tiny’s is a bustling sandwich bar slinging Single O coffees, fresh juices and produce-packed breakfasts at day that swiftly transforms into a cocktail bar featuring some seriously great cocktails. Their cheeky neon sign says it all: Save water, drink cocktails.
“With Tiny’s, we feel we’ve really created something fresh, exciting and different for the Sydney CBD,” says Tiny’s co-owner Bobby Volcevski. “We want this place to be an escape in the city where it’s super easy to enjoy yourself, with a whole variety of ways to do that.”
“We’re serious about drinks and food, but we’re serious about fun as well and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to our beautiful space for some well-deserved good times.”
Highlights
Tiny’s Sandwich Bar features a sandwich menu made with a signature bread that is crusty on the outside and soft in the middle. Fillings are diverse right from crumbed free-range chicken breast with butter lettuce to a 12-hour slow-cooked lamb with cucumber, Greek yoghurt, lemon, mint, tomato, feta and rocket.
As for drinks — a trip to the city is worth your time for their bottled cocktails. You can expect classics like Manhattan, Espresso Martini and Old Fashioned to more inventive variations like the Rum Negroni to Tiny’s signature vodka-based Molotov Cocktail.
There is also a day-to-night menu with tuna sashimi, steak tartare, kingfish crudo, charcuterie and cheese boards on the ready.
With ample alfresco dining space, the bar is cosy and fun in equal amounts; don’t be surprised if you spend the whole day here.
