Fearless-ly going where few brunch spots have gone before, Harry’s by Giuls is currently hosting a weekend brunch that’s quickly becoming the stuff of folklore. Ahead of Taylor Swift’s arrival in Sydney this February for a four-night stand as part of her worldwide Eras Tour, the brunch restaurant has unveiled a food & pun-filled tribute to the singer, in the form of their Taylor Swift bottomless brunch.
Oh yes, now we’re talking. Brunch is, of course, an Aussie staple, so it’s an appropriate way to honour Taylor Swift’s arrival in town. Doubly so, since the Giuls brand, like your average Taylor concert, is fronted by a legendary woman: in this case the group’s founder Giulia Treuner. Harry’s by Giuls is the group’s Milano-inspired eatery, but for a select few Saturdays, the menu is having a Swift-themed makeover.

That means you’ll be welcomed with a Lavender Haze cocktail, Antipasto Hero, and Get Away Carbs, in the form of arancini balls and pizza bread. I can’t say my own getaways are particularly fast after a load of carbs, but for a pun like that, I can suspend my cynicism. The rest of the menu leans into more classic brunch fare, including selections of pizza and pasta, along with bottomless drinks including mimosas, Aperol Spritz, and espresso martinis.
Completing the theme is an all-Taylor playlist that I’d wager will inspire singalongs aplenty, and guests will also be blessed with friendship bracelets (they’ve quickly become a staple of the Eras Tour, in case you didn’t know). All manner of Swift-themed props will also be available; last week’s inaugural brunch featured a life-sized cardboard cutout that’s likely to make a comeback for the remaining brunch dates.
The Taylor Swift bottomless brunch takes place on Saturday, January 27 and Saturday, February 10, and it’ll cost $79 per person. Really, it’s one brunch we’d love to see stick around for evermore, but with a Reputation like this, it’s likely to get booked up pretty fast. So why not Speak Now, grab your pals, and snag yourself a spot at the brunch here – the ideal warmup for the Eras Tour in Sydney!
