It first regained its status as one of the top 5 most liveable cities in the world aside from being voted one of the most Instagrammable worldwide. Oh, and our beaches received a lot of love this year too. Now the opinions of travellers around the world have been taken into measure to rank Sydney among the top 10 best cities in the world. According to Condé Nast Traveller, Sydney is one of the coolest cities in the world to travel to, ranking at number 8 on their 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards. Canada’s Victoria, San Sebastián in Spain and Singapore took out the top 3 spots.

“Sydney has never been a place to sit still for long. Come for the sunshine, stay for the ocean pools, cute cafés, rooftop bars and culture,” the publication said about the city giving it an overall score of 88.98 based on readers’ opinions.
