We’re hyped for this!
A weekend at Scenic World is all the things you love about the Blue Mountains rolled into one. Lush greenery, open skies, thrilling rides and breathtaking views all in one. The Katoomba staple is opening its doors to visitors tomorrow — October 22, just in time for the weekend!
Scenic World reopening
The beloved site was forced to close like most other businesses around the city due to the covid-19 outbreak. Now four months later, the tourist attraction is back with a bang to enthral visitors once again.
From October 22, the site will operate four days a week, from Friday to Monday. You can also look forward to the return of Dinosaur Valley from Friday, November 26 which will bring the sprawling rainforest to life with heaps of animatronic dinosaurs. Its the ideal escape with the kids. You’ll want to keep your eyes peeled on their website, because a number of new attractions are in the offing once Dinosaur Valley returns to Scenic World.
To mark the occasion, Scenic World is doing a Back to the Blueys special which includes free entry for kids with every adult pass until November 1. Even better — you can redeem your $25 Dine and Discover vouchers at the venue.
Managing Director, Anthea Hammon spoke about Scenic World reopening and their excitement to have visitors once again.
“Lockdown has deeply affected us all in profound ways and there is no better time to reconnect with family and loved ones in nature,” she said.
“It has been a challenging few months but we are excited to come back with renewed energy and focus to continue delivering our world class customer experience.”
