Seafood lovers, rejoice! The King Street Wharf has welcomed a brand new seafood restaurant and it’s stacked with all your favourite dishes — with a twist. Using a charcoal-grill cooking method to boost the flavour of the food and add a delicious smokiness to it, the waterside venue offers a range of local and seasonal seafood for all your cravings.
Jordon’s Seafood
In the hands of head chef Enrico Agostinell, patrons can expect high quality seafood with a specially curated menu along with a relaxed ambience. Complete with calming blue-grey tones, aesthetically pleasing décor, lush cushions and an overall nautical theme to go with the food, the restaurant makes for quite an escape if you’re looking to kick back and relax after a long day.
On the menu are all the usual suspects — right from BBQ king prawn skewers to sesame swordfish belly, delicious black cod and flame-grilled lobster with ingredients handpicked daily.
The restaurant will also be running a series of masterclasses, including cocktail making, gin tasting, and whisky tasting classes so you can make a day out of it.
Jordon’s Seafood is now open. Find more information on their official website.
