Can alfresco bars ever go out of style? The answer is no and we’re not complaining. In case you were under the impression that Sydney is beginning to lose some of it’s mojo, you might want to reconsider. From omakase experiences to sparkling new rooftop bars, the hospitality industry remains strong and thriving. Adding to the mix is an ambitious venture from award-winning hospitality group, Tilley & Wills called Cabana Bar. Housing two bars, a semi private dining area and the big highlight — Sydney’s largest outdoor terrace, the swanky new bar provides a lush escape in the heart of the city.
Cabana Bar
Curated by Executive Chef Brad Sloane, menu highlights include reimagined yet classic bar mains, Spanish-inspired tipples and super creative cocktails. Their superpower? A mean cocktail and wine list and exotic seasonal treats.
Pair delicious cocktails like the Coco Cabana-Rita, a heady blend of coconut tequila and lime along with red-hot tacos or cool down with a classic piña colada and a succulent tequila cured salmon. Or why not grab some cheese boards and share plates with your mates along with a Cabana Tai’m — a house mai tai of pampero blanco rum, cointreau, lime, pineapple, orange and bitters.
The extensive menu offers all your favourite pub, restaurant and bar staples pairing them with Cabana Bar’s exotic cocktail collection and a rotating wine-list.
