Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras is around the corner and a dizzying variety of events are lined up including the famous Sissy Ball, the Kaftana Pool Party, comedy and theatre events and more. International pop star, Sophie Ellis-Bextor has now been confirmed to headline the eagerly anticipated Bondi Beach Party. The singer will perform on Bondi Beach with some of Australia’s finest local DJs and performers.
Bondi Beach Party
Get ready to dance to unforgettable hits like Murder on the Dancefloor and Heartbreak (Make Me A Dancer) on Australia’s most famous beach in this fun-filled rave. Joining Ellis-Bextor’s on the beach are leading local and international musicians like American singer-songwriter Slayyyter, and UK-based DJs Jay Jay Revlon, Lagoon Femshaymer, and Corey Craig (US). Local favourites Tyoow, Mama de Leche, and Beth Yen will also be performing. Sydney Mardi Gras kicks off on Friday, February 16 until Sunday, March 3 and the Bondi Beach party will take place on Saturday, February 24. Grab your tickets here.
