What to expect
The whole exhibition space really sticks to the theme of “street art” and it was so interesting to see Banksy’s graffiti straight on the gallery walls. It made the experience seem really authentic and different to any art exhibition we’d been to before. There was also a huge variety of Banksy’s artworks, from the graffiti done using his stencils, to paintings and sculptures. We particularly enjoyed the installation pieces, like Dismaland and Louis Michel.
All the artworks had description plaques next to them, which were really interesting and helped us gain a much better understanding of what each piece was about. The layout and lighting really added to the immersive effect of the exhibition, and it was an incredible experience to see his artworks in such an interesting exhibition space.

Perfectly curated, the Banksy exhibition was everything I’d hoped for, as well as having some great experiential experiences. Very thought-provoking & entertaining. We exited through the gift shop & bought the t-shirt. 😜

Final Verdict
The Banksy exhibition was really informative, and we had a great time learning more about Banksy’s life and career as an artist. The exhibition was well laid out and it was easy to navigate between the different areas. The artwork displayed was also thought provoking, and we left with a lot to think about! We would recommend giving yourself at least two hours for the entire exhibition, especially if you want to read all the background information.
If you’re interested in attending, tickets for the exhibition start at $28 for children and $41 for adults, and there are also family bundles and group options available. You can also upgrade your experience to Premium Admission that includes spray painting a white t-shirt, which looked like a lot of fun! Make sure to purchase your tickets soon.
