Along with the epic long lunch, attendees can look forward to popular carnival games like high striker and laughing clowns and live entertainment by roving stilt walkers, acrobats, dancers and street performers.
As for the long lunch itself, six feast zones will be set up featuring the very best of Sydney’s hospitality industry and highlighting unique menus, guest chefs and exciting collaborations.
On the menu is everything from seafood to smoked meats and a variety of cuisines with a choice of six menus available to diners. Participating venues include Cash Only Diner, Stitch Bar, Barber Shop, Jolene’s, Esteban and PS40 alongside custom cocktails by Bacardi-Martini. The cherry on top of the cake will come in the form of a sublime sweet creation by acclaimed pastry chef Anna Polyviou.
Additionally, YCK is also partnering with Kabul Social to donate two meals for every guest who dines at YCK Fair to those suffering from food insecurity. Get more info about the YCK Fair here.
