Party Your Way Through A Boozy Three-Day Fiesta When Wine Island Returns To Sydney In 2022

Get your groove back with Wine Island.

Some good news for wine connoisseurs and party-chasers — after a two year hiatus, Wine Island is making its way back to Sydney. Set to take place on the idyllic Clark Island at the Sydney Harbour, the three-day vino party promises a grand time for all — complete with stunning harbour views for days and cocktails galore.

Wine Island returns to Sydney in 2022

Every year before the great big pandemic hit our shores, Wine Island brought the goods and just the right amount of escapism from city life. Now its gearing up to make its much awaited return at a time the city probably needs it more than even before.

Come March 2022, Clark Island will play host to a seriously epic variety of boutique Australian and international wineries including Chateau Tanunda (Tanunda), Dal Zotto (King Valley) and Dandelion/Heirloom Vineyards (McLaren Vale) along with gourmet food, delicious cocktails and more.

For the uninitiated, Clark Island is a small and secluded island at the Sydney Harbour off the tip of Darling Point. Given that, tickets for the event are limited and you’ll want to mark your calendars for when the sale starts.

Highlights include a Silent Vino Disco and a masterclass from Australia’s best wine selectors. Sit back with a glass of red and take in the views or pull out those dusty dancing shoes and let your hair down — there’s something for everyone.

The 5 Star experience will set you back by $109 AUD and its inclusive of return transfers to and from King Street Wharf/Clark Island on the Fever-Tree Ferries. You also get a cocktail once on board along with a Wine Island branded tumbler and not one, but five wine tastings. You also get access to the Vino Disco if you’re keen to let your hair down and a Wine Selectors masterclass. Its a steal if you ask us.

At $209, you can get the 7 Star experience which includes everything mentioned above along with an extra 5 wine tastings and a meal voucher. You also get access to the 7 Star Area that lets you enjoy sprawling views of the harbour and unlimited tastings at the East 33 Oyster Bar and Rosé Garden Bar. Its a party for the books.

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, October 27 with a pre-sale on October 25. Sign up to their mailing list to snap up your tickets when the sale starts.
