‘The Jury Experience’ in Sydney: What trial is on and what is it about?

These 60-minute experiences are apt for people aged 12 and over because guests will be confronted with complex moral questions. New cases are coming soon to Sydney but for now, these are the ones on offer:

The Jury Experience: Death by AI: Who Pays the Price?
It starts with one fatal autonomous vehicle crash: in a split second, the system follows its design, avoids one outcome, and causes another. That is the case placed before you. The evidence does not point to a technical failure, which sharpens the trial’s real tension — if the machine behaved exactly as intended, where does responsibility land: with the human behind it, the company that built it, or the logic that made the choice? As jury, you sit inside that contradiction, weighing a decision no one can easily outrun.

The Jury Experience – The Deadly Boat Ride

A late‑night speedboat tragedy: a group of friends, one dead, another in a coma, and the accused is a powerful politician’s child. Memory buckles; stories warp under adrenaline, privilege, and the glare of expectation. He said, she said, mateship and resentment, tears that flare then cool — all of it circling accident or intent. Lean in. You test shaky timelines, weigh slurred recollections and volatile tempers, and feel how power tilts a room without ever settling it — responsibility clouded, credibility slippery, the truth always just out of reach.
