Get ready for a day of all-you-can-grab shopping when the Vintage Kilo Sale returns to town. The sale will take place in Marrickville on June 8 with thousands of sustainable pieces up for grabs. In case the name wasn’t a giveaway, people donate their old and unused clothes at this sale which are then sold by weight and not individually priced items. Preloved clothing sold by the kilo is a popular concept in Europe and also an excellent tool to combat waste generation produced by clothes.
