Always on the lookout for cute hidden gems? Us too. And with rooftop bar season officially upon us, we’re keen to find our next go-to summer spot away from the noise and bustle of the city. One such bar to add to your list is The Rook, a quirky hideaway filled with murals, wood walls and lights. And for summer, they’re switching things up by transforming into a secret garden. Jazz up your post-work evenings this November with pleasing floral aesthetics and excellent food and drinks.
The Rook, Secret Garden
The roof terrace at The Rook will be decked out with vibrant florals cascading down from the atrium-stye ceiling in a super Insta-worthy display. Venture through a floral walkway and kick the day off with their extensive dine-in menu and cocktail list.
To make things extra fun in the spirit of the season, The Rook is also introducing long weekend lunches complete with 2-hours of bottomless spritz for just $79pp. Sip on a sparkling raspberry negroni or feel boujee with a cosmopolitan in hand surrounded by breezy florals. It makes for a great spot for a brunch with the girls or a romantic night out. Platters to share include dishes like the ora king salmon Crudo, caramelised prawn betel, karaage chicken and fish tacos.
Find the Secret Garden pop-up from November 5 with weekend long lunches running every Saturday and Sunday from 12-3pm.
