The Grounds Of Alexandria Has Transformed Into A Secret Garden And Its Absolutely Breathtaking

We love a good secret (garden).

Sydneysiders are once again flocking to The Grounds of Alexandria to see their latest installation up close. After mesmerising us with their stunning Moroccan retreat set up for the last couple of months, The Grounds have now transformed into a floral wonderland.

The temporary installation titled ‘Secret Garden’ sees the beloved Sydney staple transform into an Instagrammers dream with dreamy hues and florals galore.

As you make your way through the popular wrought-iron gates with the neon sign hanging overhead, you’ll be welcomed with an absolute sight to behold.

The florals are vivid and bright and perfectly reflect the warm winter sun during the day but are equally resplendent during the night.

The fresh blooms line the entire pathway right from the fountain to the farm and everything in between. As part of this installation, you can enjoy a delicious high tea at a private dining space. You can also get the incredibly photogenic mini almond sponge cake which is garnished with edible flowers and ‘The Bees Knees’ drink, that is as pretty as it is delicious.

As always, The Grounds will be providing us with a chance to win a $200 The Grounds voucher. All you need to do is strike a pose somewhere on the premises, maybe at the floral laneway or besides the twinkling neon signs and tag the photo with @thegrounds using the hashtag #TheGroundsSecretGarden on either Instagram or Facebook. Pretty good deal if you ask us, especially since you’re probably going to take a million photos anyway.

Book a table at The Café or The Potting Shed and unwind over the weekend at this gorgeous retreat. Find more details here.

If you want to plan a trip to The Grounds and make a day of it, we have an extensive guide on all the things to see and do.
