The hotel is bringing a colourful high tea offering with a sweet twist just in time for the spring school holidays. Just like it’s previous immersive high teas like the spooktacular Ghostbusters experience and the recent Witches And Sorcerer’s High Tea, the Grand Ballroom will be decked out in vibrant candy-themed decor with plenty of confectionary delights and candy galore.

Offering a colourful array of sweet and savoury treats, the high tea will kick off this September and run through October for select dates only so get in fast.
Indulge your sweet tooth with a variety of sugary treats including a giant rainbow swirl lollipop cheesecake, fluffy fairy floss fraise gateau, gooey marshmallow brownie, and more. Savoury options include dishes like Ratatouille vegetable calzone, barramundi fish pie, and grandma’s beef croquettes.
But that’s not all. The immersive high tea experience will also include an interactive dessert station, where you can craft your own sweet creations. You’ll have plenty of Instagram-worthy moments with the space adorned with giant gummy bears, colourful unicorns, shimmering rainbows, towering candy canes, and a dazzling candy-themed light display.
The high tea will be held in the Grand Ballroom on September 28 and 29 and October 5, 6, 11 and 13 in two seating times from 11am to 1pm and 2pm and 4pm. The high tea will set you back by $84 per adult for ages 12 and above and $64 per child aged 3-11 and the tickets include tea and coffee. Head here to book your spot if you like what you hear.
