Sydney’s newest wellness destination is pushing the envelope well beyond yoga mats and protein shakes. Set to open in North Sydney this year, Saint Haven is a six-storey private members club designed for people who want recovery, pampering and downtime all under one roof. Spread across multiple levels, the space is being positioned as a more thoughtful alternative to the standard gym experience complete with magnesium pools, ice plunge zones, dedicated social spaces and more, with an emphasis on design and atmosphere. It’s shaping up to be one of Sydney’s most anticipated new lifestyle offerings of the year — here’s what you need to know ahead of its opening.
Saint Haven, Sydney

Set across 3,000 square metres, the new club blends movement, recovery and longevity-focused treatments. Members will have access to a snazzy bathhouse featuring warm magnesium pools and dedicated ice plunge zones at 6°C and 10°C. Elsewhere in the building, you’ll find dedicated movement and performance spaces fitted with high-end training equipment for strength sessions and guided classes, Plus, recovery rooms offering treatments such as cryotherapy and IV infusions. The space also includes co-working areas and an on-site whole-food cafe so you can linger for hours and get some work done while you’re at it.
As for decor, expect natural materials, with expansive, open-plan areas and calm lighting that give the building a sense of scale across its six levels. Saint Haven will operate as a private members club with a focus on long-term wellbeing, positioning itself as much a social and lifestyle hub as it is a place to train and unwind.
