The opening of Sydney’s $828 million Allianz Stadium is inching closer. Primed to bring the best of sports and entertainment to the city, it will also see the launch of 64 food and beverage venues spearheaded by hospitality behemoth Merivale.

Some of Sydney’s most iconic food and drink brands will take over the new stadium. Ms G’s Noodles & Dumplings will make its stadium debut slinging their popular cheeseburger spring rolls, pork buns, salt and pepper squid and more. Totti’s Pasta Bar will be on-site with a wide variety of shared antipasti including the delectable tomatoes, mortadella, burrata and marinated peppers. You can also grab Totti’s famed pasta dishes including fettuccine with stracciatella, bolognese pappardelle and Bondi’s famous neapolitan ice cream sandwich.
Bert’s Bistro, led by Executive Chef Jordan Toft will bring European bistro style meals to the table with menu offerings including oysters, grilled lobster in garlic butter, cauliflower steak and more.
Classic eats will still be available with home stadium brands setting up shop across the venue. There’s El Loco, Jimmy’s Kitchen, Vinnie’s Pizza, a burger shack and more to get your carb load on.
Within the new social spaces, there will also be heaps of exciting drink options. Find Bert’s Spritz, Bert’s Martini, Totti’s Negroni, Margaritas and a diverse selection of beers and bubbles to sip on as you enjoy a game of cricket or footy. With a total of 350 food and beverage options at the venue, attendees will be spoilt for choice.
Allianz Stadium
The state-of-the-art multi-purpose venue is set to open to the public on Sunday, August 28. Seating 42,500 fans, the stadium also comes with seven private function rooms, 51 suites, two outdoor terraces and 84 outdoor boxes. The stadium will also offer premium facilities to cater to the growth of women’s sport, the local community and Australian businesses. The free community opening day on August 28 promises a celebration for the books with global superstar Bruno Mars set to perform and Guy Sebastian and Baker Boy to headline.
