A Melted Cheese Festival Is Here To Melt Your Heart’s Desires

Cheese is good, cheese is great and eating melted cheese is now my fate.

Every day this February, the team at The Fernery in Mosman is helping fulfil all of your cheese dreams and tide you over till May when Australia’s biggest cheese festival comes around. (Featured image: @thefernerymosman)

Think of your favourite cheesy dishes, snacks and desserts and you begin to get the idea.

The four-cheese mac ‘n’ cheese? Check.

The New York Cheesy cheddar Cheeseburger? Check.

The baked camembert served with honey, roasted nuts and crunchy flat-bread? Check.

The stringy-mozzarella arancini ball? Check.

Cheesecake? Of course.

And to help wash down all the ooey-gooey-sticky goodness of the special February menu, Lanson champagne, wine and rosé. So, sit back on the leafy rooftop at The Fernery and take in all the cheese, drink and views you can.

Walk-ins are more than welcome but to ensure your fix, you can book here.

And remember to follow us on Facebook for more cheesey news, like the line-up to this years Mould: A Cheese Festival.
