Adding some truffle on any dish can make it extra fancy. To celebrate truffle season, the team at Lotus Dining Group has dropped an exclusive Chinese and cocktail menu. From dumplings to old fashioned cocktails to noodles, your favourite dishes will be packed with extra shavings of fungi this winter.

If you’re looking for a truffle fix, this is where it’s at. On the menu are scrumptious dumplings infused with ground truffle, bug meat, water chestnut, mushrooms and burnt leek. You can also grab the Truffle Hainan Chicken Noodles seasoned generously with truffle oil and mushroom soy. Wash it down with the Truffle Old Fashioned Cocktail, mixed with Truffle Butter Fat, Washed Bulleit Bourbon, Palm Sugar and Whisky Bitters. Sounds good? There’s more.
On the menu is also a Unique Peking Duck Experience. Start with thinly sliced duck skin served with Truffle-infused white sugar and freshly shaved truffle, followed by duck pancakes with three special sauces and a grand finish with a table-side flame cooked duck and truffle bun. This will set you back $94 for half a duck and $178 for a whole duck. Elevate your dishes with an extra five gram of truffle shavings for $20.
