It’s time to pay your auntie a visit and take her down to Marrickville because a new Hello Auntie pop-up has come to town. The beloved Vietnamese staple is hosting a huge Mexican fiesta and blending two of our favourite flavours together — Vietnamese and South American. Dubbed Los Aunties, the pop up will be taking over Marrickville every Saturday.
Los Aunties pop up
Assembled by Chef and owner Cuong Nguyen, similar to the Hello Aunties brand, the Los Aunties pop up celebrates different cultures and food from around the world. Spotlighted are flavours from Italy, the Mediterranean and now Mexico, with a special Vietnamese twist in the dishes.
Both tacos and cocktails feature prominently on the menu. 3 delicious tacos along with a drink will set you back by $35.
