With this latest entry into its luxury hotel arena, Sydney joins the ranks of Tokyo, Tulum, Barcelona and more.

The Kimpton brand boasts of modern creature comforts with a unique design ethos and exceptional service. Needless to say, that signature aesthetic is weaved seamlessly into every aspect of it’s Sydney location.
Located in one of Sydney’s most iconic and nostalgic spots — down from the State Theatre and the QVB, guests will find themselves at close quarters to some of the city’s finest shopping and cultural hotspots.
Expect true Art Deco magic across it’s 172 stunning rooms, over 600 pieces of art splashed across the venue, a swanky lobby bar and plenty of cocktails. The chic and spacious rooms evoke a classic vintage feel while a tipple or two are absolutely essential at its elegant 1930s-style lobby bar, The Wilmot. It comes complete with velvet lounges and a breezy atmosphere if you’re after some downtime.
Luke’s Kitchen, it’s flagship restaurant, is spearheaded by celebrated chef Luke Mangan. Open for breakfast, lunch and moody, romantic dinners, you can get your hands on a variety of local and seasonal fare. The menu focuses on Asian, European and modern Australian flavours and a carefully curated dining experience. Delicious prawn toast served with Tasmanian wild-caught spanner crab meat salad, Beluga caviar served with sour cream, chives and potato gaufrette are just some of the many succulent dishes on offer.
Of course the thing about living in Sydney, apart from being on a permanent time crunch, is that it offers remarkable harbour vistas at most corners. So naturally you’ll want to head to the rooftop pool and dip a toe in.
