These cakes are just as fun to look at as they are to eat.
Few desserts are as unanimously loved as the cheesecake. The delectable blend of ricotta or cream cheese, fresh eggs and a crumbly crust is a sugar fix like no other. Kerbside Creamery — a pink food truck has brought a unique concept to town with their customisable cheesecakes on a stick.
Prior to lockdown, the hot pink truck would announce a new location each week through their social media. It has set up shop all over town including Penrith, Wetherhill Park, Lakemba and Campbeltown.
You can choose from a number of classic flavours and then some. Right from cheesecake sprinkled generously with 100s and 1000s to Reese’s Peanut Butter and Biscoff in all its delicious glory.
A personal favourite is the s’mores cheesecake which tastes absolutely lush and is aesthetically pleasing as well. The Nutella Oreo cake covered in milk chocolate and Oreo cookie crumbs and Nutella is absolutely divine.
Cheesecake connoisseurs will want to get their hands on the customisable boxes which allows you to customise with up to ten flavours.
Given the current lockdown situation, orders can be placed via Ubereats or as a pre-order through their website but good news is that they deliver all over Sydney so you don’t have to wait for lockdown to be over to get your hands on these cheesy delights.
If we’ve piqued your interest, give Kerbside Creamery a follow on their Instagram and dig into these creamy, velvety cakes.
We did not stop at one bite, would you?
