Brunch has never been higher up on my list of things to do.
That’s possibly because I’ve never had brunch at 35 metres high in the sky, and never while going round and round on a Ferris Wheel while taking in 360-degree views. (Featured image: Mirvac)
However, things are about to change now that Darling Harbour’s resident spinny-majig is hosting brunch in one of its cabins for two, three or four people.
Supplied by Tourtiére Cafe, brunch consists of the types of food easily digestible at such heights. Think ham and cheese croissants, buttermilk waffles, platters of cold cut meats, cheeses and fresh fruit. You’ll also get some specialty peanut and almond roasted nut bars and protein balls to ensure you have the energy for the rest of the day as well as brownies and macarons to finish off your meal. Or start it, depending what you like to eat first.
Operating two sessions every Saturday until 5 December, Ferris Wheel Brunch will set a couple back $110, which is extrememly good value considering you’re getting a feed as well as a ride sky high.
Don’t miss out and book in your sightseeing brunch today.
