Carriageworks Winter Seasonal Market, 2024
Before the return of its popular Night Market this August, the contemporary multi-arts organisation is turning its sight towards another equally exciting winter event.
The highlights for this year’s program include 50 stalls selling everything from zesty mandarins, grapefruits and lemons, quality meats, cheeses, dips, baked goods and colourful seasonal blooms. Visitors can also expect a live cooking demonstration hosted by SBS Food’s Farah Celjo with Plate It Forward’s CEO and Founder, Shaun Christie-David alongside his mother, Shiranie, who will share the Colombo Social recipe for dhal. Kids can also expect some fun as roaming dinosaurs will be at the premises thanks to an interactive performance by Erth.
Stallholders include AP Bakery, Broomfields, Jonima Flowers, Chocolate Artisan, Condimental, The Fungi and many more.
Entry to the market is free and it will run from 8am to 1pm on Saturday, July 15. Head here for more info and the full stallholder line-up.
