Captain Cook Cruises has been crisscrossing Sydney Harbour for the past 50 years and in that time have welcomed aboard some extremely esteemed guests including the Pope, presidents, vice-chancellors and members of Royal families.
More importantly, though, Captain Cook Cruises has hosted thousands of Sydneysiders onboard their fleet of restaurant, sightseeing, ferry and sailing vessels. And they’re not stopping anytime soon.
1. Sydney Harbour Sunset Dinner Cruise
Setting off at 5pm every Wednesday through to Sunday, this Captain Cook Cruise takes in the gorgeous harbour views as the sun is setting and tinting the city in a golden glow.
Once aboard, you will witness the changing hues as you tuck into an Australian-inspired set menu of three courses including meat, seafood and vegetarian options. For starters, you can choose either smoked salmon with a herb salad of dill, capers and cornichons or a crispy pear and garden leaf salad served with toasted walnuts and Grana Padano. Mains include gremolata-rubbed barramundi with a side of fresh veg and a twice cooked crispy skin chicken accompanied by a creamy potato cake. And don’t forget about dessert! Top it off with a tangy lemon and lime tart or a delicious chocolate raspberry coconut pebble.
If you’re all about class and sophistication, then it’s time you book yourself into this treat of an evening and share it with a special someone—a friend, a partner, or anyone else you love to spend time with.
