The burrata cheese night will feature a six-dish special menu with burrata as the main ingredient specially curated by the popular Italian restaurant to showcase the versatility of the creamy cheese. The one-night-only event kicks off on Tuesday, March 21 across all Salt Meats Cheese locations in Sydney and Brisbane.
Burrata Cheese night, Salt Meats Cheese
Turophiles are in for a treat. Menu highlights include delicious pork and beef meatballs served with a rich tomato sauce and topped with creamy burrata cheese and a mushroom pappardelle that fuses the earthy taste of mushroom with the luxe texture of the burrata cheese for an explosion of flavour. Also on the menu is a classic margherita pizza, topped with tomatoes, basil and of course, burrata cheese.
Made from mozzarella and cream, burrata adds a burst of flavour and creaminess to any dish and you can slice that knife through big balls of cheese to your heart’s content at this foodie event.
