Salt Meats Cheese is doing an indulgent cheese night that will make you burst with joy and Burrata is the star of the show. The burrata cheese night will feature a six-dish special menu with burrata as the main ingredient specially curated by the popular Italian restaurant to showcase the versatility of the creamy cheese. The one-night-only event kicks off on Tuesday, May 16 across its Circular Quay, Cronulla and Drummoyne venues.

Menu highlights include antipasti like focaccia bruschetta with garlic focaccia bread, heirloom tomato, basil, garlic oil and burrata, linguine and rigatoni pasta with a helping of burrata. Also on the menu is a pistacchiosa pizza with Italian mortadella, pesto of pistachios, basil, parmesan and burrata along with Acciughina pizza with anchovies, yellow cherry tomatoes, grated lemon and more burrata.
Made from mozzarella and cream, burrata adds a burst of flavour and creaminess to any dish and you can slice that knife through big balls of cheese to your heart’s content at this foodie event.
