Scottish- born brand BrewDog is set to open its very first Sydney outpost this December. Joining forces with Australia’s leading pub operator Australian Venue Co., the brewers are set to take over an old locomotive workshop in the heart of the city. Operating at the historic South Eveleigh precinct, the sprawling new venue will accommodate 720 patrons inside and 190 outside. It boasts an expansive indoor dining space, bar, and vast communal beer garden.
BrewDog Sydney
With 40 brews on tap and a wholesome farm-to-table food menu, it’s a spot worthy of your time.
Expect a range of BrewDog’s sustainably made beers from the brand’s solar-powered Murarrie brewery and taproom. From pale ales and lagers to imperial stouts and sours, there’s something for everyone. Alcohol-free options include wines, cocktails, spirits and ciders.
As for food, half of the menu will be plant-based with a range of vegetarian options including BrewDog’s famous burgers, wings, pizzas, bowls, and salads. Specials to look out for include 2-4-1 Vegan Mondays and All You Can Eat Wings for $25 on Wednesdays.
Along with the food and drinks, the venue comes with an easy bar-like atmosphere, plenty of outdoor seating and elegant decor. Find neon signs, industrial-style fit-out and lighting, polished concrete floors and concrete bar and kitchen countertop at the heritage-listed space.
Mark your calendar for Friday, December 2 when the venue officially opens. To celebrate its opening, BrewDog is also giving away the chance to win free beer for a year to the first 200 customers who through the door. That’s plenty of incentive to plan a visit.
