Sydney favourite Bake Bar is expanding again, this time to the leafy suburb of Paddington. Keeping the heart of the bakery intact, the new store will feature all of Bake Bar’s renowned artisan breads, pastries and cakes with a special focus on organic ingredients and sustainable produce.
Bake Bar, Paddington
From handmade pastries to gooey brownies, Bake Bar is serving up all sorts of sweets. Their famous croissants, coffee and artisan sourdough make the highlights of the menu. But baked goods aren’t the only standouts. Their summer menu is chock full of shakshuka dishes, burgers, pasta and sandwiches.
Drop by and enjoy a chicken shawarma wrap with grilled marinated chicken thigh, mixed lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot and homemade creamy garlic sauce or try their vegan falafel and quinoa salad bowl complete with fried falafel, hummus, quinoa, kale, capsicum and green goodness of every kind served with a toasted tortilla and lemon wedges.
With outdoor seating to complement the warm weather, the breezy bakery makes for an ideal spot for a bite in the sun or a lazy breakfast on the weekend.
In celebration of the store opening, the store is offering local businesses a coupon for free coffee until December 29 which can be redeemed in-store.
Bake Bar also has locations in Randwick, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Darlinghurst and Bondi where they’ve enjoyed tremendous success. All stores pay homage to Director Gili Gold’s Jewish heritage.
