After a spellbinding semester one, The Wizard’s Cauldron will be back in Sydney for semester two.
Returning to Sydney with an even bigger and better offering of potions to study, learn and mix is the wizarding and witch inspired pop-up bar (school), The Wizard’s Cauldron. (Featured image: @thewizardscauldronbars)
Apprentices will once again be assigned houses, be given robes and wands to act the part, and compete against one another under the direction of the potions master.

Complete challenges and solve mysterious puzzles and riddles for house points, bragging rights, and necessary ingredients. Then, hope you weren’t distracted by the floating books, bubbles, spider webs or fairy lights and you’ve followed the instructions correctly for your magical brew to come out smelling, tasting and performing as you had desired. Otherwise, who knows what will happen or who you will become.
Classes last 90 minutes and include a heart-warming mead or mulled wine, two super-secret potions to master and many mystical prizes to be won. For star students, there’ll be plenty of time to sample some of the potion master’s other potent potions. And for those wondering, no animals were utilised or harmed in the making of the potions.

Classes will run from Wednesday, May 20 to Sunday, July 19. And with up to four sessions each weekday (excluding Mondays and Tuesdays) and 10 across the weekends, there’s surely enough time to squeeze in every magic apprentice.
Class registration starts at $40 per student for off-peak times (does not include GST and bf).
