It’s been a minute since we got to experience Sydney’s epic fireworks especially this time of year. But things seem to be turning around and we’re (cautiously) optimistic that this years NYE will be one for the books. Given that 2022 is just around the corner, now would be the right time to start planning your evening. This year, the Sydney Tower Eye is hosting a major party on New Year’s Eve, allowing you to take in spectacular fireworks in the city from an unbeatable vantage point.

NYE at Sydney Tower Eye

One of Sydney’s highest points, set at a staggering 250 meters above the streets below, the observation desk at the Sydney Tower Eye allows you 360 degree panoramic views of the harbour city. And come NYE, the sky will be lit up with crackling fireworks and you can witness the glittering display from high above.

Firework enthusiasts can enjoy a drink and popcorn on the Observation Deck from 9pm and 12pm while being positioned at a prime spot to soak up the famous fireworks.

You know you want in on this, snap some tickets here before they run out.

Want more? The Sydney Tower Eye is also doing special NYE Skywalk’s which allow you to step out on an open-air platform, for a unique viewing of the fireworks. With only 15 spots available per session, it’s as exclusive an experience as it gets. The Skywalks packages come packed with professional photos, a hoodie and hat along with a drink and popcorn.

What a way to officially bid adieu to the last year (and good riddance) than this unique experience. Prices start from $100 for the Observation Deck and from $300 for Skywalk and you get a chance to beat the crowds. Total win.
