There’s a new kid on the block.
Sydneysiders will get an exclusive look into the new restaurant Tequila Daisy, with the launch of the venue’s Bar Taqueria. Located in Barangaroo with sprawling views of the harbour, Tequila Daisy is the brainchild of owners Rebecca Lines and Hamish Ingham. The Mexican inspired concept with fun Australian elements boasts of a jam-packed menu with lush, authentic flavours from the region.
A takeaway option is around the corner from September 17, offering us a glimpse into what we can expect when the restaurant opens.
“We couldn’t wait any longer to give Sydney-siders a taste of Tequila Daisy. Bar Taqueria will be an exciting part of our takeaway offering even after lockdown eases, but in the meantime, it’s a great opportunity to give diners a taste of what’s to come and something to look forward to when restrictions lift,” said Ingham.
With hospitality venues around the city upping their ante in lockdown, this is another inventive restaurant to add to your post-lockdown list.
What’s on the menu?
We can never really get enough of Mexican food, can we? Tequila Daisy’s Bar Taqueria will be serving up the entire range of tacos, including grilled chicken, Wagyu beef brisket, pulled pork, fried fish, lamb, and roasted carrot.
You can also get your hands on a selection of premium pre-batched signature cocktails including a coconut and elderflower Margarita and a signature Martini, alongside a selection of wine and beer. Double the fun, am I right?
At the moment, Tequila Daisy will be serving takeaway tacos from 12pm to 2pm every Friday to Sunday, but you can look forward to full menu details very soon.
