If you’re a fan of burgers, Betty’s Burgers is bound to be high up on your list of best burgers in the city. Good vibes, good drinks and some seriously great burgers give the Queensland burger chain a unique edge and they’re showing no signs of slowing down. The founders of Betty’s Burgers brought a shiny new concept to town late last year — Slim’s Quality Burger.
And to mark International Burger Day, they’re generously giving away free burgers on Saturday, May 28 at their Marrickville store. The offer is available from 12pm-8pm to Slim’s Quality Burger app members on one free Slim’s Original angus beef burger.
To avail this offer, simply download the Slim’s Quality Burger app and the coupon will be sent to your app automatically. You can then scan it while you make your purchase.
Slim’s Quality Burger
Haven’t been to Slim’s yet? It takes inspiration from 1950s and ‘60s Americana, and brings contemporary yet classic burger offerings to the city. Keeping things simple and delicious, the burgers are made with fresh, simple and quality ingredients imbibing their motto — ‘quality burgers done right.’ Even better — everything on the menu is under $10, right from burgers and fries to drinks.
As for what you can expect on the menu, crisp, house-cut fries will be a speciality at Slim’s along with their signature sauces. You can also expect authentic Aussies beef patties, fresh toppings and gluten free options.
Try the deluxe cheeseburger for just $7.5 or get messy with the grilled chicken club for $9.5. A box of loaded fries with cheddar cheese, slim’s spread and grilled onion will cost you just $6 and a garden salad will set you back by $8.5. Take your pick.
Also making an appearance on the menu: four classic sundaes. Choose between hot fudge or strawberry or indulge in some salted caramel or an ice cream cup, just $5 for one scoop and $7 for two.
The décor itself is a throwback to the diners of the mid-50’s with a lively open kitchen and a warm, welcoming vibe. After their launch at Marrickville Metro, a new Slim’s joint opened in Mount Druitt in March.
