If you love your burgers, fries and shakes, Betty’s burgers is bound to be high up on your list of best burgers in the city. Good vibes, good drinks and some seriously great burgers give the Queensland burger chain their unique edge and they’re showing no signs of slowing down. The founders of Betty’s Burgers are now set to bring a shiny new concept to town — Slim’s Quality Burger.

Slim’s Quality Burger

Taking inspiration from 1950s and ‘60s Americana, Slim’s is gearing up to bring contemporary yet classic burger offerings to the city. Keeping things simple and delicious without the Instagram fanfare, the burgers will be made with fresh, simple and quality ingredients imbibing their motto — ‘quality burgers done right.’

Nik Rollison, Director of Slim’s Quality Burger says, “In the vast Australian burger market, we too often see venues that are built on gimmicks and fads. Whether it’s the cheesiest burger or doughnut buns, we think Aussies have come full circle and want something that is simple, affordable, and made from only the highest quality ingredients. Slim’s Quality Burger has been built on exactly that.”

As for what you can expect on the menu, crisp, house-cut fries will be a speciality at Slim’s along with their signature sauces. You can also expect authentic Aussies beef patties, fresh toppings and gluten free options.

Also making an appearance on the menu: four classic sundaes. Choose between hot fudge or strawberry or indulge in some salted caramel or an ice cream cup.

The décor itself is a throwback to the diners of the mid-50’s with a lively open kitchen and a warm, welcoming vibe. Much like Betty’s Burgers, more venues are expected to follow after their launch at Marrickville Metro.

Check out their website here and mark your calendars for the big launch.
