Gyms that double as nightclubs are the viral new fitness trend you need to try. Elevating the regular gym experience with pulsating beats and vibrant lights, these hybrid fitness experiences are the cool new way to get fit.
S30 Studio has previously made its presence felt in Queensland and Western Australia. The Surry Hills outpost is their ninth studio nationally and promises to make your next gym session infinitely more fun than you’re used to.
“For us, it’s about keeping fitness exciting and that’s what keeps our members coming back day in and day out. It made complete sense to us to launch our first ever S30 Sydney studio in a neighborhood where we’d feel right at home,” S30 Studio CEO and Co-Founder, Luke Faulkner said.
On offer are 35-minute group weight sessions consisting of 30 sets across 18 stations, guaranteed to get your heart pumping. Decor-wise visitors can expect floor-to-ceiling colours and LED lighting to boot. As you work up some serious sweat, you’ll notice the beats per minute of the music matching that of the lighting courtesy of S30’s new sound and vision integrated lighting system.
