Two new tiny homes perched beachfront at Reflections Byron Bay are stealing the spotlight with luxe rooftop decks and jaw-dropping views over Clarkes Beach and The Pass—one of Australia’s most iconic surf breaks.
Reflections Holidays, NSW’s largest holiday park operator, launched these Signature Tiny Homes at sites 1 and 2 in early 2026 as its first “accommodation-first” premium offering at the park.
Moreover, the 27-square-metre retreats blend modern coastal luxe with the natural landscape—curved Knotwood battens wrap the exteriors, a spiral staircase climbs to expansive rooftop decks and massive ocean-facing windows frame uninterrupted coastal panoramas.

Within the space, high-end touches shine with air-conditioning, queen beds, full kitchenettes with dishwashers, cooktops and coffee machines, plus outdoor showers amid stone and timber landscaping. Meanwhile, CEO Nick Baker highlighted surging demand from couples and solo travellers craving unique, romantic escapes in Byron’s magnetic draw.
According to Baker, “Byron Bay is a magnet for travellers around the world, and our existing tiny homes are in such a demand that we decided to install these two signature tiny homes, an accommodation first for Reflections Byron Bay and our organisation.”

“These homes have been heavily booked since we opened them at the start of 2026, with a lot of interest from guests arriving from both New South Wales and north of the border, from the Gold Coast and Brisbane.”
Economic boost for NSW stays

This rollout anchors a $5.3 million investment across five NSW parks, adding 18 tiny homes amid 80% occupancy rates for earlier models—fuelling an estimated $1.68 million economic boost for the North Coast, where 13.8 million visitors spent $6.1 billion in the year to March 2024.
Reflections Byron Bay (once Clarkes Beach Holiday Park) sits two hours from Brisbane with direct beach access, camp kitchens, BBQs, playgrounds and a stroll to town markets, eateries and surf lessons—cementing its spot as a laid-back luxury hub.

Guests rave about the shaded sites, cleanliness and wave-side convenience, making these tiny homes a natural evolution for design-savvy escapes.
