There’s no shortage of excellent high tea options in Sydney. And now The Langham is mixing things up with a perfect treat designed specifically for kids. Their Minions high tea is a fun-filled experience featuring a number of sweet and savoury treats that almost look too good to eat.

In celebration of Minions: The Rise of Gru, this exclusive high tea experience comes with a number of movie-themed delights. There’s delicious banana and salted caramel mousse and Instagram-worthy Valrhona chocolate cupcakes. The menu also features Stuart’s Heilala vanilla cookie which is both buttery and flavourful. Plus you can also grab Bob’s passionfruit macarons.
If your kids prefer something savoury, there’s lots to choose from. There’s the classic Minion’s fairy bread, ham and cheese finger sandwiches and Kevin’s mac and cheese arancini filled with gooey goodness. The cherry on top of the cake is Otto’s pepperoni and cheese pizza which promises to pack a punch.
And that’s not all, for beverages you get to pick from a banana and chocolate swirl smoothie and a lightening Blue soda. The minions high tea will set you back by $78 per child and comes with a plush toy and a colouring activity to keep the kids entertained. Adults can expect a glass of sparkling on arrival. Sessions are limited for this fun, interactive experience so get in fast and grab a spot before they sell out.
