It’s highly likely that Mary’s could be Sydney’s principal spot for burgers, drinks and catch ups. Over the years it’s cemented an unwavering legacy as one of Sydney’s finest. Although it promises a great time for party seekers all year round, what it does exceptionally well are the burgers. The long queues outside the establishment are testament enough of its popularity. With a Circular Quay and CBD outpost under it’s belt, the Newtown stalwart is now (finally) bringing the goods to Western Sydney with Mary’s Castle Hill, the latest to join the elite club.
Mary’s, Castle Hill
You’ll find the newest Mary’s in the former residence of Plan B burgers which shut it’s doors earlier this year.
As always you’ll be greeted by hectic vibes, rustic interiors, wall art, music and excellent food. Speaking of food, we’re pleased to let you know that our favourite Mary’s staples are all very much a fixture on the menu. Dive into their excellent spicy chicken burger or get your hands dirty with the buttermilk fried chook. Also on the menu are a number of vegan options and the ever popular mash and gravy. You can also drink yourself silly while gorging on a side of their trash can bacon and fries.
Find Mary’s Castle Hill on 250 Old Northern Road just past Castle Towers. So if you’re looking for a post hangover meal, you know where to go now. Recovery and good times are both guaranteed.
Head to their website for details and opening hours.
