There’s also food at Western Sydney’s Entertainment Park, so you can refuel and go again, and again, and again until you’re dizzy. The onsite cafe, fully-licensed, is slinging burgers and pizzas, but there’s also space for food trucks to pull up outside because we all know that variety is the spice of life.
Located next to Bankstown Airport, the mammoth, family-owned, Entertainment Park has been packed with enough arcade games, virtual reality headsets, racing car simulators, bowling lanes, and one huge race track that, we’re sure, has to be someone’s dream come true because this is the type of place we dreamt of as kids.
Not just as little kids, either. As big kids too, because punching the accelerator and thrashing your mates around a go-kart track never gets old.
The go-kart track at Entertainment Park is actually reserved for E-Karts — fumeless and electrifying karts that can hit speeds of 85km/h. Whether you can hit top speeds down the home straight, we’re not 100% sure, but we’re sure we’re gonna try.
If real-life racing isn’t quite for you, or you need to brush up your racing skills, then Entertainment Park’s racing-car simulators by Simworx is where you’re going to be sitting. These are the real deal too, used by V8 Supercar drivers like Fabian Coulthard to not only improve their times but to race as well.
Make your dreams or nightmares a reality with the Hologate Virtual Reality headsets. The state-of-the-art and award-winning technology will see you face zombies and dragons among other fantastical sci-fi worlds, or battle your friends in epic dance-offs like you’re in Step Up.
If bowling is more your jam, then scoot on over to one of the six-full size bowling lanes and throw down some strikes before finishing your day out playing arcade games, which includes Sydney’s largest collection of pinball machines.
Open from 10am to 10pm daily, Entertainment Park is your go-to venue for all-day fun in Sydney.
