A very special evening awaits you on August 29 and it might just be one of those nights you find yourself talking about for a long time after. As the sun sets over The Riverside Stables at The William Inglis Hotel, MGallery Collection, a string quartet will take to the stage. With hundreds of gorgeous glowing candles lighting up the area, expect to be transported away, while you hear some familiar tunes being played in a whole new way.

What to expect from the night
Candlelight Concerts are always magical, providing a glowing escape from the everyday. Of course, this very special evening at The William Inglis Hotel, MGallery Collection will be no exception! The boutique, equine-themed hotel combines incredible hospitality with a rural soul, giving visitors a truly luxurious experience. The property has a proud racing heritage which really shines through in the Riverside Stables. Settling in for an evening of music, you’ll immediately feel the history and identity that make this venue so storied. You can further elevate your evening with the addition of a very special 2-course dinner in The Newmarket Room, designed to perfectly complement the evening. Expect to feast on smoked salmon served with avocado cream, shiso and burnt blood orange on cassava crackers, followed by a main of Merlot-Braised Beef Cheeks accompanied by horseradish-whipped potato, roasted garlic broccoli rabe, and a bourbon jus.
What you need to know
There will be two performances taking place on August 29. The evening will begin at 6:30pm with Candlelight: Vivaldi’s Four Seasons followed by Candlelight: Tribute to Queen and The Beatles at 8:30pm. At both performances, you can purchase wine and Espresso Martinis to enjoy while you watch – or take a piece of the night home with you, with candles and instant photos available too. Entry is strictly capped to 350 people per performance. Tickets to both performances are now on sale with a range of price options available.
