Global superstars BTS have confirmed their long-awaited world tour is coming to Australia, with two massive Sydney shows locked in for early next year. It’s a long-overdue return for the group, who haven’t performed in the city since 2017, and their first full-scale tour since stepping back from live performances. As part of a sprawling international run that spans multiple continents, the Sydney and Melbourne dates are shaping up to be some of the most hotly contested tickets of the entire tour. Here’s everything you need to know about the Australian shows, including dates, ticket info and what to expect when BTS finally return to Australian stages.
BTS World Tour

The upcoming tour marks a major new chapter for the pop icons, after several years spent on solo projects, military service and time away from the global stage. Fans can expect a large-scale live production built around a 360-degree stage, designed to give audiences a more immersive experience than usual. The tour is also expected to showcase new music alongside career-defining tracks like Dynamite, Butter and Fake Love bringing together different eras of the group in one epic show.
BTS will be touring major cities in Asia, North America, Europe and South America. In Australia, the group will perform in both Melbourne and Sydney, before heading on to nearby cities including Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong and Manila.
