The beaches with the clearest water
Travel site Florida Pan Handle analysed around 2.4 million reviews of over 3000 beaches from around the world, calculating which beach in each country and every continent had the highest percentage of reviews with the words “clear water.” According to the findings, Australia dominated the list of beaches in Oceania with the clearest water although the top spot went to Champagne Beach on the island of Espiritu Santo in Vanuatu. Aside from Hyams Beach, Lagoon Beach in Lord Howe Island in NSW also made the list at number 8. Other Aussie beaches to make the list include the stunning and secluded Parakeet Bay on Rottnest Island at number 2 and Emily Bay on Norfolk Island.
