Arguably, Bad Bunny‘s baddest move was not visiting Australia until now. But we’re prepared to forgive him, as the Puerto Rican rapper has announced a global DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS tour, which will, for the first time, include a stop Down Under. Just the one, mind you, and Bad Bunny has chosen Sydney as the site of his Australian debut, with a concert at ENGIE Stadium on February 28, 2026. Here’s what you need to know.
Bad Bunny chooses Sydney for his first Australian concert
Bad Bunny’s music dominate the Spotify charts, with hits like ‘DtMF’, ‘BAILE INoLVIDABLE’, and more crossing genres to become huge hits in both Spanish and English-speaking countries. His fame has grown astronomically since breaking through in 2018, with Billboard naming him Artist of the Year in 2022, and he’s got three Grammys and eleven Latin Grammys to his name already.
If you don’t know him already from his music, you might know him from appearances on Saturday Night Live, a viral concert with Jimmy Fallon in the New York subway, or a recent Calvin Klein modelling campaign that had heads turning and jaws dropping.
Sydney’s show is slated to take place on February 28, 2026, at ENGIE Stadium in Olympic Park. Australian fans will want to get their hands on tickets, as his only other stop in this part of the world is an as-yet-unspecified show in Tokyo in March. Tickets are going on sale at 11am AEST on May 9, and given the scarcity of tickets, we reckon it’ll be fastest fingers first to book your spot. You can stay up to date on the tour website here.
