The Argyle is turning into The Factory of Illusion for a day and night of dancefloor magic in February.
Back to Boogie Wonderland is back at The Argyle in The Rocks in February for another huge day and night of disco, funk, soul and soulful house. Unlike their December event, though, which recreated the magic of the glamourous and iconic Studio 54 nightclub, this upcoming celebration is literally bringing the magic to the dancefloor.
Let loose, boogie and be fooled at The Argyle thanks to Back To Boogie Wonderland.
On Sunday 27 February, disco dancers and all-around lovers of a good boogie will be immersed in illusions and met with magic shows at The Argyle—one of Sydney’s most stunning venues with a massive outdoor area perfect for dancing in the sunshine.
The inner-city venue will be decked out and decorated by Chameleon Art Installations for a truly trippy time while artist Chris de la Motte will be showcasing his weird and wonderful paintings. You’ll be looking back once, twice and even three times as your brain pieces together the tricky stimuli.
Disco, funk, soul and soulful house will be on high rotation from the likes of Michmir, Supermini, Davide DB, Dave Allton and the king of The Argyle, Frankie Romano. You’ll be feeling the beat all night long and be enchanted by the vocals of JULS.
Find your boogie and get in the groove early for plenty of time dancing in and amongst the illusions. Become part of the show with face painting and get there before 5pm for Happy Hour as well.
Back To Boogie Wonderland Presents The Factory of Illusion on Sunday 16 February from 3pm-2am. Be there and boogie.
