Wentworth Point is getting ready for another season of late-afternoon feasting, cultural celebrations and market-night wandering, with Eat Drink Nights returning this Saturday, 19th September.
Running from 5pm to 9pm on the third Saturday of each month, the monthly market will turn Footbridge Boulevard at Marina Square into an outdoor food and entertainment hub throughout the warmer months.
The season kicks off with a special Moon Festival Cultural Night, presented by Rhodes Multicultural Community Association, before a Diwali celebration takes over the market in October.
A Moon Festival opening night

The first event on this Saturday will combine the regular night-market atmosphere with a celebration of the Moon Festival, bringing together cultural performances, festive lighting and festive foods.
The following month, on Saturday, 17 October, Eat Drink Nights will mark Diwali with another Cultural Night, this time presented by Wentworth Point Community Group.
The October celebration will also feature stalls from the Little India Harris Park Business Precinct, adding another layer of Indian food and culture to the evening.
Come hungry for bao, duck pancakes and Korean street food

The food line-up is designed to take visitors around the world without leaving Wentworth Point, featuring over 40 stalls surrounding the square.
Bao & Duck from Yumcha Eat St will serve yum cha favourites alongside duck pancakes and BBQ pork buns, while Twin Flame will bring Korean pancakes and rice cake skewers to the market.
New arrival Goblin will serve K-Chup salad, described as a Korean classic newly arrived in Sydney. For Japanese-inspired comfort food, Sushi Bake Mama will offer baked sushi, prawn toast and teriyaki chicken bowls, while Xiaomi Potsticker will be serving fried potstickers straight from the plate.
There is also African-fusion fare from The Pharaoh BBQ, including loaded fries, rice bowls and toasted sandwiches. Those chasing a solid sandwich can head to Rob’s Phillies for Philly cheesesteak rolls made with beef or chicken.
And dessert gets its own stop at The Sweet Spot, where Belgian waffle sticks, chocolate strawberry cups and sundaes round out the evening.
Food, markets and entertainment under the stars

Alongside the food stalls, visitors can browse boutique market stalls, catch live entertainment and settle into a relaxed, family-friendly evening outdoors.
The market’s organisers say the events have built a loyal following, attracting thousands of visitors over the warmer months. With the market running monthly from September, the format offers plenty of opportunities to return, try different stalls and catch the changing cultural program.
For locals, the agenda is to grab dinner, meet friends or neighbours, watch the sunset and spend an evening outside.
