Looking for last-minute plans in Sydney tonight? A tribute to Frank Sinatra & Louis Armstrong is taking over Albert Palais Events near Sydney’s CBD this Saturday 12 September. The show goes by the name ‘The Jazz Room’ and delves deep into both legends’ legacies, featuring live performances of bona fide jazz hits alongside classic improvisations.
“Fly Me To The Moon”, “What a Wonderful World” and many more are set to rock the Art Deco ballroom during the 60-minute show. The historic Leichhardt venue began life as a 1930s dance hall, and its gorgeous setting brings the sort of old-world sparkle, space, and after-dark glamour that Sinatra and Armstrong standards were made for.
Tickets start at $46.50 and there are currently two shows on the bill this evening: the first starting at 6pm and the later at 8:30pm.
