Sydney Dance Company has added a livestream element to its online classes.
Its hard to stay motivated in lockdown especially such a prolonged one. But so much time on your hands also means an opportunity to explore all the hobbies your regular schedule wouldn’t allow you. One activity that has proven to be an instant mood lifter is a good ol’ dance sesh. Dancing has a number of benefits that include diminishing stress and depression. Cue, the Sydney Dance Company with their amazing Classes on Demand offer.
Since the Sydney Dance Company’s online classes have been such a hit with people looking to bust a move in lockdown, the company has gone ahead and added livestream sessions of their classes.
The classes livestream Monday to Friday at 6pm, perfect time to unwind after a long day of zoom meetings. The classes also beam live on Saturdays at 10am and 11:30am to give you a fun start to your weekend.
Lessons are designed for all levels and forms right from beginners jazz to intermediate contemporary — there’s something to suit everyone’s taste. If you’re after a relaxing workout session, there are also Pilates, Yoga and Body Conditioning classes on offer.
