Black Star Pastry Has Teamed Up With PS40 For Bottled Cocktails Inspired By Their Iconic Cakes

Talk about a dream collab.

When it comes to creative offers in lockdown, Sydney institutions just continue to outdo themselves. Now two of Sydney’s most popular names in the hospitality industry — Black Star Pastry and PS40 have come together to make a brand new range of bottled cocktails.

Three of Black Star Pastry’s most famous cakes are part of this dreamy Black Star Pastry x PS40 collab.

And yes one of Sydney’s most Instagrammable cakes — the watermelon cake is one of these fun creations. Also on offer — the Japanese forest cake and the pistachio lemon zen cake. And they’re as delicious as they sound.

The Japanese forest cocktail is a delicious blend of red miso caramel, Mr Black coffee liqueur and Hojicha tea and the pistachio lemon zen cocktail is a red grapefruit and lemon hybrid.

These cocktails are set to be limited-edition and will be available in a three pack priced at $80. Each bottle will be 250ml and will serve two.

There is also a specially curated cake and cocktail combo for $125 and looks like we know what we’re doing when the weekend rolls around.

These bottled packs are part of Black Star Pastry’s Sydney-wide delivery service, so no matter where you are or which LGA you’re part of, you can snap up this fine deal from the comfort of home.

Simply place your order on their website; delivery is free for orders over a $100. Their delivery service also offers Rare Hare wine and St Ali coffee. Best of both worlds.

Sounds like a great post-work plan for Friday. Especially now that NSW has smashed its 6 million vaccine target and some freedom is around the corner for fully vaccinated residents. Cause for celebration right?
